Availability and the delivery window are confirmed before an order is accepted.
How it works
- Send an enquiry. Choose a bouquet or describe what you have in mind.
- Receive confirmation. We confirm availability, price and delivery date.
- Your flowers are made. Stems are conditioned, arranged and wrapped on the day.
- Delivery. The recipient receives a hand-finished bouquet and your message.
Good to know
Orders are not final until confirmed by the studio. Seasonal substitutions may be made to preserve the palette and value. We never substitute with lower-value flowers.
Same-day requests depend on flower and courier availability.
Delivery questions
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
We normally work with delivery windows. Timed delivery can be requested and is confirmed separately.
What happens if nobody is home?
We follow the delivery instruction agreed at confirmation, such as leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Can I change the message?
Yes, until the bouquet enters preparation. Contact the studio as soon as possible.
